Students may, with sufficient academic grounds, request a reappraisal of any “tangible” work – tangible work may include written, graphic, digitised, modelled, video recording or audio recording formats.

Conditions for a Final Grade Reappraisal

  1. The original work as well as the instructions for the assignment must be submitted for a reappraisal.
  2. A request for a reappraisal may result in the original grade being raised, lowered or confirmed.
  3. Students and instructors will be informed in writing by the relevant Department of the reappraisal result and the reappraiser’s comments.
  4. The relevant Department administrator will ensure the anonymity of both the student and the reappraiser.
