Glendon Athletic Club - is our top-rate athletic centre and formerly the home practice gym of the Toronto Raptors NBA team. The centre includes a full-size indoor swimming pool and gymnasium, a fully equipped cardiovascular and weight room, an indoor golf driving range, international squash courts, outdoor tennis courts, a soccer field and a baseball diamond. There is also a full range of instructional, group exercise, and aquatics programs to choose from.

York inter-university teams and intramural sports - as a Glendon student, you have access to all of York University’s sports facilities, recreational programs, and free admission to the York Lions football team’s regular season home games. You can participate in York varsity sports, and compete in Ontario University Athletics (OUA) and Canadian Inter-university Sports (CIS) in more than a dozen sports, including basketball, ice and field hockey, swimming, and track and field. There are also many fitness and sports classes to choose from, as well as intramural sports clubs, tournaments, and special events on the Keele Campus. Hiking and running trails - The Glendon Campus is part of the Sunnybrook park system of the Don River valley. There are beautiful trails starting from the Athletic Centre and feeding into the extensive ravine system of the city.
