Prof. Houle's primary research area is the
recent staging history of the Commedia dell’Arte. Her teaching areas
include theatre history, Commedia, physical theatre, and masked
performance. Prof. Houle has trained in Italy, France, the U.S., Costa
Rica, and Denmark before working extensively as an actor and a
mask-maker. She has taught in Canada and abroad, and is pleased to join
Glendon's faculty.
