Robin Nadeau is an ancient historian. His research focuses on food history, health and cross-cultural exchanges in the Greco-Roman world. He is writing a book on the so-called “ancient cookbooks”. He has taught ancient history at universities such as Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and Durham and was awarded research fellowships by the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, FQRSC and CEU IAS.
