CASTL – CNAP
Submission guidelines:
- Deadline for minor modifications – 7 days prior to meeting date
- Deadline for anything else – 15 days prior to meeting date
- All modification proposals must strictly adhere to the YUQAP template
- No alteration of the template is allowed
- All required items must be present in the proposal. If an item is missing, the proposal cannot be submitted.
- If the template requires learning outcomes, an up-to-date and correct set of outcomes must be submitted.
- If the proposal is being re-submitted following a request for revisions, ALL revisions must be clearly identified.
- Submission should be made using CASTL’s official email address (castl@glendon.yorku.ca)
- Please also send all proposals to APAR’s office for an informative consultative review
- Submission does not guarantee it appears on the next agenda, it depends on what is urgent. (CASTL prioritizes Academic Honesty Cases and a modification proposal can be pushed to a subsequent meeting if needed)
- Duplicate submissions (more than one proponent submit the same document) will be sent back
