Professeure Fraser prépare les etudiants d'angalis langue seconde à suivre des cours en anglais. Aussi elle enseigne au niveau du programme de maitrise en linguistique appliquée. Sa recherche concentre sur le développement de la compétence en lecture et écriture en L2. Sa recherche porte actuellement sur la facilité de lectures en langue seconde.
