Professor Guy ProulxPopcorn with Professor Proulx (and how to maximize your brain power as you head for university)

If anyone knows the science behind managing stress and keeping your brain healthy, it would be our own neuropsychology expert Dr. Guy Proulx.

On May 7, he’s going to share info about brain health and tips for being successful at university.

This event is great for future psychology majors and all future university students who want to set themselves up for a great first year. Join us to learn how your brain is a meaning-making machine with incredible capacities to learn and change, and in turn impact your health. We’ll provide the popcorn!

Dr. Proulx will also speak about his work as the Director of Glendon’s Centre for Cognitive Health, which supports research in neuropsychology, a field of science that focuses on how your brain learns and ages.

Optional campus tour from 6:00 – 7:00pm, leaving from B108 York Hall. Professor Proulx’s talk begins at 7:15pm, A100 York Hall.

Family and friends welcome. Complimentary parking.
