Group Cycling classes are open to all members.

What is group cycling?

Excercise BikesGroup Cycling is an exercise program that utilizes the latest Schwinn bikes (with power consoles) that will provide the participant with both a physical and mental workout. Classes are led by certified instructors and are held in our Cycling Studio.  A typical workout lasts about 55 minutes during which time the instructor uses a variety of visual, technical and verbal techniques, along with music to motivate the class.

How do I book a bike?

Bikes are booked at Reception up to one day in advance.  You may do so in person or by phone at 416-487-6740.

Can I bring a guest to a cycling class?

Yes; however members have priority booking so guests can only be booked on the same day as the class.  Please note that the regular guest fee of $ 10 applies.

“Learn To Cycle” Classes

Are you nervous to try a Cycling class because you’ve heard how hard it is?  If so, then “Learn to Cycle” is for you. Come and try this fun, gentle and informative introductory class which will cover the basic techniques that will give you the confidence to take any Cycling class.  These beginner classes are free of charge and open to all GAC members.  Dates and times will be posted in the club.
