PRESS RELEASE FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Glendon Art Class - Annual Student Show
Toronto, March 30, 2010 – Continuing its tradition, Glendon Gallery is pleased to announce its ANNUAL STUDENT EXHIBITION, taking place from April 5 – 15. The public is cordially invited to the Opening reception on Monday, April 5, 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
This exhibition according to Marc Audette, their Professor and a visual artist, “each year we face the same challenge that is to find a way to reconcile the themes evoked through the works with the important concerns of our day. It is not surprising then that Glendon students do not function in a vacuum. They speak out on and take a stance on the many issues that concern them. As a result, every spring the Glendon Gallery is able to present works which form an overview of the reflections of these students and their inspirations.”
Come and discover the result of their artistic expressions via different media and materials as photography, painting, drawing, etc. Please, do not hesitate to take a walk over to the Art Gallery to see what inspires our students. We hope to see you soon!
