ISSA
- International Studies Student Association
The International Studies Student Association of Glendon College was revived in October 1995 by students venturing into the global village. Primarily devised as an area of discussion about academic matters, the Association is also committed to provide extra-curricular activities and experience of the international field. ISSA organizes different activities of interest for International Studies students, such as information sessions on MA programs and internships, conferences, discussions with professors, pub nights, etc. The most daring project, the International Studies Annual Symposium, an event totally conceived and managed by students, was launched in 1995 and has had a glaring success ever since, becoming a permanent feature of the programme. Details of this project are provided in the Annex on Student Initiatives.
