Laptop and Desktop Repairs

Description

For fully supported, on-warranty equipment deployed by Glendon ITS, Glendon ITS will repair equipment as authorized by the computer manufacturer. For simple parts replacement (hard drive, memory) ITS will order parts from the manufacturer and replace them on-site. For larger repairs, Glendon ITS will arrange with the manufacturer for an on-site visit of a repair technician, or to ship the computer to a repair depot.  In cases where it would expedite the repair, ITS may make initial contact then have the repair technician liaise directly with the client. For off-warranty, fully supported equipment, Glendon ITS may perform simple repairs at its discretion.

Eligibility

Faculty and staff with fully supported equipment deployed and configured by Glendon ITS.
