Financial Document Tracker

Tracking Your Financial Documents

This application allows you to check whether your student financial assistance has arrived. "Financial Assistance" includes student loans, Millennium Scholarship or Bursary cheques, grant cheques and out-of-province loan documents.

To use this application, your social insurance number must be on file with York, or your student number must be on your financial aid application. To update or amend your social insurance record with York, click here.

To pick up your document you must present a valid social insurance card and government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license, passport, citizenship card, or Age of Majority Card. This is a government requirement, and we are not permitted to make exceptions.

Important Information for Glendon Students!

1) We can start giving out OSAP on August 24th.

3) From September 6-23, a National Student Loans rep will be on campus in room C108 York Hall. You can hand in your OSAP document there, or go to a participating Canada Post office.

If the tracker says that you have documents available for pick up, but does not indicate “Glendon” anywhere, your documents are likely at the Keele campus. If this is the case and you would like your documents sent down to Glendon, contact us at finance@glendon.yorku.ca or call us at
416-487-6701. This normally takes a few days.
