Why I chose the Certificate Program...

For a long time the translation field had fascinated me and when I heard about the certificate program at Glendon as well as its great reputation I did not doubt in enrolling. Having come to Canada at an early age, translation became my way of keeping the connection with my roots and my background. Also, I quickly learned about the diverse range of opportunities in the translation field, from freelancing to project management, which was ideal.

Without a doubt the intimate environment that provides a small campus such as Glendon was one of the most influential factors in my professional education. This gave me the opportunity to develop great relationships with my professors and have a true interactive learning experience. The enriching class discussions as well as the opportunity of sharing points of view with both professors and peers allowed me to broaden my horizons both professionally and personally.
