What is the GLLead: Glendon Leadership Development Program?
Leaders create a better tomorrow. As part of the programming offered by the Office of Student Affairs, GLLead is meant to inspire and support you through your leadership journey.
GLLead aims to bring together Glendon students who are aspiring, emerging, or current student leaders, community leaders, self-starters, dreamers, and problem solvers. By participating in one or more aspects of the GLLead program are making a commitment to learning, self-development, care, and to making a change in yourself and/or in your community.
GLLead Student Challenge
The GLLead Student Challenge is designed to help you take a bold step in your leadership and personal development by reflecting on your experiences, attitudes, and perceptions of leadership to articulate your mission, vision, and values.
We want leadership development to be accessible and meaningful for Glendon students, this means to offer opportunities to participate in-person and online.Click here for more information »
Facilitate a GLLead Workshop
Are you interested in contributing to the GLLead program on campus or online? If so, consider contributing in one of the following ways:
- Facilitate a workshop: a 45 minute skill and/or knowledge building session for students.
- Facilitate an activity: a drop-in activity hosted at the Lion’s Den Kiosk in the Centre of Excellence.
- Share a story online: share a story of leadership development through a blog post, a stand-alone or a series of social media posts.
The Leadership Summit
The Leadership Summit at Glendon creates opportunities for new action, inspired thinking, and strategic support for leadership development for Glendon students. The Summit provides a platform for students who are interested in and/or committed to learning, self-development, care, and to making a change in themselves and/or in their communities.

Leadership Programs at the Keele Campus
Student Leadership Program is a one day workshop. Student leaders will have the opportunity to get a better understanding of the Social Change Model and how to use it effectively to bring out change. This program is great for anyone who is engaged in leadership roles in their community!
