The Long Night Against Procrastination (LNAP) is an interactive and inclusive study session held in several universities across Canada in an effort to raise awareness about the dangers of procrastination. The purpose of this event is to offer academic and moral support to students at a critical time during the semester.


No registration is required—you can come and go as you please! Join us (alone or with your friends) to work on your assignments and to pick up healthier study habits that will help you overcome procrastination and achieve your academic goals.

  • The LNAP is entirely free of charge.
  • Coffee and healthy snacks will be served.
  • Dress comfortably—slippers are recommended!
