This powerhouse green smoothie contains large quantities of anti-oxidants and other phytonutrients as well as high amounts of chlorophyll, minerals, vitamins and fiber. It is an excellent way to boost your energy naturally while loading up super-nutrient greens!
1 cup rainbow chard (stems removed)
1 cup red leaf lettuce chopped
1 cup kale chopped
1 cup ripe mango, peeled, pitted and chopped or frozen mango
½ cup frozen Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
5 leaves of fresh mint
1 cup water or to taste
Combine the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
