Glendon ITS offers and supports secure remote desktop access to employees who are required to work remotely.Eligibility
Any staff member with the appropriate permissions to work remotely.Policies
- Remote desktop access request will be granted to employees who have received approval from their Manager.
- Once you have been granted remote desktop access, you will need to connect to your desktop by using our Guacamole service or Virtual Private Network (VPN)
How to request the service
Manager approval is required for Remote Desktop Access and so emails for this access should be requested by Managers. Requests can be submitted by sending an email to ithelp@glendon.yorku.ca.Cost
