Glendon offers the following two mentoring programs:
Peer Mentorship Program
For New Students
The Peer Mentorship Program is designed to help new students adjust to university life. Students are partnered with mentors who are either in their 2nd, 3rd or 4th year at Glendon, and who have demonstrated leadership qualities and good academic standing. Via regular meetings, mentors provide mentees with friendly support and help orient them to Glendon College. The Peer Mentoring Program is open to all students and runs from September to November.

Alumni Mentorship Program
For 3rd and 4th year students
The Alumni Mentorship Program is designed to facilitate meaningful mentoring relationships between Glendon Alumni and current Glendon students and to act as a catalyst for professional development. Mentoring is a dynamic two-way relationship that allows for the transfer of critical skills, knowledge and expertise from the mentor to the mentee.
