This orientation is designed specifically for students from outside of Canada, both international and exchange. Learn about the mandatory University Health Insurance Plan (please do not buy your own health insurance!), international student services at the Glendon and Keele campuses, Canadian academic and socio-cultural norms, and the International Club.
We remind you that this orientation session is MANDATORY for all international and exchange students (starting in September 2019) and those in dual degree program in International Studies and Business Administration (iBA/BBA) offered through a partnership with emlyon business school.
Since parents, guardians, and family are an important support for students throughout their university careers, we offer this session to connect with them and answer their questions. Topics discussed include campus security, orientation, food services, student life, financial aid and OSAP. This session coincides with residence move-in day to allow as many parents as possible to participate.
