Welcome to the Alumni Mentorship Program!
The Alumni Mentorship Program is designed to facilitate meaningful mentoring relationships between Glendon Alumni and current Glendon students as a catalyst for professional development. Mentoring is a dynamic two-way relationship that allows for the transfer of critical skills, knowledge and expertise from the mentor to the mentee.
Statistics show that students who have benefited from a successful mentor match achieve a higher rate of career progression. Thus, Glendon's goal is to augment its outstanding programs by encouraging third and fourth-year students to participate in the Mentorship Program to gain a distinct career advantage.
We are committed to upholding the highest standard and quality for the Alumni Mentorship Program. This is an opportunity to develop a one-to-one mentoring relationship with Glendon Alumni who can:
