Professeure Dreher a travaillé à l’université
de l’Orient-Proche en Chypre du Nord avant de venir au Canada. Sa
recherche a focalisé sur le rôle de la migration dans le projet
néolibéral de la mondialisation. La recherche actuelle a pour but de
comprendre le role des organisations civiles religieuses dans la
gouvernance de l'économie mondiale. Elle peut etre contactée a

The book "Religious Activism in the Global Economy" edited together with
Peter Jay Smith has received an honorable mention from the book award
committee of the section "Religion and International Relations" within
the International Studies Association.

L'Université York a accordé plusieurs subventions de recherche (environ 100 000 $) pour soutenir mon projet de recherche sur la religion dans l'économie politique internationale .
Mon nouveau projet de recherche sur la décolonisation dans les relations internationales, avec un accent particulier sur la résurgence religieuse, a reçu une subvention de recherche de 18 000 $ de l'Université York en 2020.
Mon nouveau cours bilingue d'éducation expérientielle sur la durabilité au campus de Glendon dans le contexte de l'urgence climatique a été soutenu par le département des études internationales et par une subvention du Fonds d'innovation académique de l'Université York. (ILST 4275).
