Meet the Team

Alison Stewart, Director, Strategic Partnerships

Alison Stewart, BA, MPPAL(c) – | Cell: (416) 854-9262

About me:

I am known for being feisty, fun and maintaining my positive outlook by cycling, practising yoga, cooking, curling (albeit not well) and telling funny stories. My motto is Lâche pas la patate !

What I do:

I manage a diverse portfolio that is centered on growing Glendon’s awareness by developing and delivering transitional programming for Francophone and Francophile high school students, developing community partnerships and supporting Glendon’s institutional bilingualism.

Katie Ablett, Coordinator, Strategic Partnerships

Katie Ablett, MBA, MCATD –

About me:

I am such a proud Glendon Alumna that I’ve never left the building, although I have moved offices many times over the past 15 years! I love baseball (and used to play competitively), puzzles, Lego, and I get weak in the knees for a pain au chocolat.

What I do:

It could be said that I am a herder of cats. I coordinate the diverse and growing range of transitional programming such as the Explore Program and Destination Réussite, as well as community engagement events (whatever Alison asks).

Emilie Noël, Instructional Designer/Curriculum Developer (Contract)

Emilie Noël, BA, BEd(c) –

About me:

I am a teacher in training with a passion for bread making (and eating). When not kneading a loaf, you can find me cycling through the city or rehearsing my dad jokes. Fast fact: I’m a Franco-Ontarian from Sturgeon Falls.

What I do:

Self-appointed Zoom guru, I collaborate with faculty to develop our growing range of transitional workshops and then adapting them for virtual delivery. I also ensure content is well suited for our high school aged audience.

Ginny Côté, Special Projects Assistant, Strategic Partnerships

Ginny Côté, 3rd year Communications student –

About me:

I like photography, walking, biking, and relaxing in bed with a good book. I am as passionate about saving the environment as I am about dogs.

What I do:

I support the team by creating content for our websites and social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. I am also working with one of my professors and the team to develop a series of interactive workshops on how to be more environmentally friendly.
