Réserve Glendon provides support through the Office of Temporary Use of University Space for non-academic space requirements at York University’s Glendon Campus. Réserve Glendon works collaboratively with the College and service providers campus and is responsible for the consistent implementation of, and compliance with, the University’s Temporary Use of University Space policy and procedure. This includes the assessment and screening of applications for internally sponsored events in regard to eligibility, service requirements, mitigation of risks to the University, and cost recovery, where applicable.

College Faculty and Staff

Réserve Glendon assists College Faculty and Staff reserve space on-campus for non-academic related events affiliated with their departmental objectives and portfolio. To request a space booking and permit, please complete the Glendon Space Request form. 

Registered Student Clubs and Organizations

Student clubs and organizations must be registered with the Office of Student Affairs before submitting a space request and permit for their event. Once registered, student clubs and organizations can submit their space request through the Glendon Space Request form. Once your space request is approved, please submit a Temporary Use of University Space Application and include a copy of your space booking confirmation.
