SRC Tutorials are one-on-one 30 min. appointments with a tutor to help you with specific grammar questions, and with written and oral assignments. In order to better help you, you must contact us with a minimum of 4 days in advance and specify what would you like your appointment to focus on. This might include:
Grammar Questions. Bring a specific grammar question to your appointment. Please note that each appointment will focus on one grammar question and might include written and oral exercises.
Additional exercises. If you understand a grammatical concept but need some more practice you can ask us for additional exercises. You will be able to practice on-site with the tutor or take the exercises home with you.
Written assignments. Please bring a copy of your assignment to your appointment and a tutor will give you specific feedback on how to improve it. Please note that tutors are not allowed to correct or grade your written assignments.
Oral presentations. Please prepare and rehearse your presentation in advance. During your appointment a tutor will give you specific feedback about your oral and presentation skills. Please note that tutors are not allowed to correct the content of your presentation.
