Adult Squash Programs 

THURSDAYS- Open to ALL levels of play. Just drop-in and you will be paired-up with other members of the club.

The purpose of this program is to take your squash game to the next level. While it is squash specific, a large emphasis will be placed on increasing physical fitness through a wide variety of drills and exercises which will increase your strength, power and speed. Below are highlighted areas of focus.

  • Improve your forehand, backhand (volley, return of serve)
  • Improve your attacking shots
  • Learn tactics and strategies of the pros
  • Squash circuit training

Each session will include a skill lesson, skill development drills, and then end with a squash match.  No experience necessary, and equipment is available to borrow each session.  Join us to sweat, socialize, and learn the game of squash!  Comfortable clothing and non-marking shoes are required.

  • Weekly coaching tips with drills
  • Must be employed by York University to participate
